    I can ... 1999. Diesel jumped to $1.99 a gallon and my $40 fill up now became $80 for my 40 gallon tank on my truck. Gas was $1.17 still.
    Bought the Diesel in 1996 when Diesel was $.89 and Gas was $1.09. So
    go figure.

    $.89, 1.09, and 1.17 sound like a dream now... heck, 1.99 sounds pretty
    damn good right about now. :D
