Fix the crash when adding the first web list
Initialize the web-list array terminator before moving entries. When the
list starts as NULL, realloc creates uninitialized storage and the old
code copied a garbage pointer into the terminator slot. The menu could
then walk past the array while rebuilding its rows.
Add an isolated, offline menu-VM regression with allocator poisoning.
Cover first insertion, append, head/middle insertion, duplicate rejection,
URI updates, deletion, and inserting again after deleting every entry.
The unpatched binary crashes; the patched build passes all 38 checks.
