Kaillera & Mednafen server startup scripts

Hi, I have just released a startup script for Kaillera servers running on Linux. It will also restart it within 5 minutes if it should crash. If you have any questions just ask or post them in the official forum. You can download it here: https://github.com/fstltna/KaillerasrvStartup
